Cancellation Policy – Soumya Home Seva

Soumya Home Seva upholds a fair and transparent cancellation framework designed to respect both our customers’ convenience and the valuable time committed by our service professionals. Once a booking is placed, our professionals reserve specific time slots exclusively for the customer, and any subsequent cancellation results in a direct loss of work opportunity for them. Accordingly, a cancellation fee is applicable only after a professional has been assigned to the requested service. Customers are nevertheless entitled to a grace period within which they may cancel the booking without incurring any charge. The applicable terms are as follows:

·        Cancellation within 30 minutes of booking: No charge (Free)

·        Cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled service: Fee up to ₹100

·        Cancellation within 3 hours of the scheduled service: Fee up to ₹200

·        If no professional has been assigned: No cancellation fee applies

Soumya Home Seva reserves the right to revise or update this policy as required to maintain fairness, operational efficiency, and service quality.
